Learning to swim at Home with its typical Work,- Family- and
School- related -Distractions is challenging for Adults,
considering that not only Lessons have to be learned,
lifelong Fear has to be overcome too! Home Swim Lessons
are even more questionable, when:
1) Pools are too cold, to keep you comfortable + relaxed,
2) Instructors "teach" from outside the Pool, increasing
Beginner's Fear + preventing Confidence to develop,
3) Necessary Water Familiarity Exercises are neglected,
(due to Instructors NOT being in the Pool),
